Spasms, cramps: Massage Juniper Cream into the affected area. Add 3 drops of 31 Herbal Oil to the cream to enhance the effect. Finish with a bath of Juniper Bath Essence.

Muscle tension: Massage the Juniper Cream into the affected area. Add 3 drops of 31 Herbal Oil to the cream to boost the effect. Combine with a bath of Juniper Bath Essence.

Warm-up before sports and physical activity: Massage Juniper Cream onto the affected area. Add 3 drops of 31 Herbal Oil to the cream to amp up the effect. Combine with Juniper Bath Essence.
